EASY 30‑DAY RETURNS

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase — as long as the product is has at least 1/2 of the units left and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email support@recoverylabs.pro with your order number and let us know you’d like to return.

2. We’ll send you a prepaid USPS label. (Label cost is deducted from your refund unless we made an error.)

3. Pack the item securely in its original pouch/box, affix the label, and drop it with USPS.

Refund timing
• We process returns within 14 days of receiving the package and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to post the credit.

Gift returns
Received Recovery Labs bath soaks as a gift? Email support@recoverylabs.pro before sending it back so we can place the refund or store credit in your name instead of the purchaser’s.

Return‑abuse policy
We track return activity and may refuse or limit returns that appear excessive or fraudulent.

FAST, TRANSPARENT SHIPPING

Standard 3‑Day Shipping (contiguous U.S.)
• FREE on orders $80 + before tax
• $7.95 on orders between $40-$79
• $3.99 on orders less than $40
• Orders placed by 11:59 PM PT process the next business day and arrive within 3‑5 business days after processing

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
• USPS Priority; FREE on $80 +; 7‑10 business‑day transit
• Hazardous items cannot ship to these locations

APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• USPS Priority; delivery may take up to 21 days
• Certain hazardous materials are restricted

General shipping notes
• One shipping address per order
• Some items classified as hazardous ship via Ground Service
• Orders may ship from multiple warehouses; you will receive separate tracking emails at no extra charge
• Most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days
• We ship Monday–Friday only and do not ship on U.S. federal holidays (New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
