I didn't receive my shipment due to a Fed Ex issue. The customer service got me a replacement ASAP, which I was grateful for. I have loved the product. It has been a great addition to my recovery from "old people soccer" (Over 40). Also good for lifting recovery!

After traveling to Spain, my body was really sore from walking around everywhere. I had calf cramps in both legs and both sides of my ribs locked up. I soaked in these when I got home and was able to ease the tension in my body. Looking forward to try the joint soaks.

How long will it take to feel the recovery benefits?
You'll start to feel the initial benefits of reduced soreness and your body calming within the first 8-12 minutes while you're soaking. Soreness and discomfort will be dramatically reduced if any is felt at all the following morning.
What's the difference between strength & endurance formulas?
Each soak is uniquely formulated to help speed up the recovery process depending upon the type of workout/training. For example, 1RM MAX for strength training recovery includes a blend of ingredients meant to increase the building of muscle cells. The VO2 MAX for endurance training works to rapidly reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.
What makes recovery labs different than supplements?
Recovery Labs soaks were formulated to help your body quickly absorb recovery nutrients & minerals that simply can't be easily absorbed any other way. The science, quality and synergy behind the blended formulation in Recovery Labs soaks gives us the confidence to say the strength formula is the most effective recovery tool you will come across, period. Recovery Labs soaks provides comprehensive support for the most important functions of your body to recover quickly and efficiently.
The formulation in the strength formula was created to provide the most bioavailable way for your body to absorb key nutrients like Magnesium in a manner where each ingredient works in conjunction with the whole formula, while also optimizing its own function.
Many supplements claim to help with recovery but simply don't provide the nutrition your body needs to recover quickly where you see rapid results. We can confidently say that our soaks are the best recovery product on the market made for those looking to get support for muscle aches that protein shakes, pills, and other supplements haven't been able to provide.
What measures do you take to ensure the quality of recovery labs?
