Bought a few of these based off of a FB ad. I'm a massage therapist and I have chronic soreness and pain that is just a part of the job. I took an extra shift this week, working 25 hours. My shoulder was SCREAMING. My hands were so tired I kept dropping everything I picked up. My legs were shaking. I drew a bath with this salt soak, and I could feel a difference in my hands just stirring the bath, dissolving the salt. I got so excited, I stayed in there for an hour. I didn't wanna get out. My pain dissolved the second I sat in the water. I thought, surely it's just the heat. I'll wake up sore and stiff like always tomorrow morning. NO. I did not. I slept so well with no pain and when I woke up, there was nothing still. I cannot recommend this product enough. Buy it! Buy it! Buy it! Your body is worth the money.

How often should I be using?
Use up to 3 times per week. Should be used after a workout, but can be done in the evening - it does not need to be used immediately after a workout.
How long will it take to feel the recovery benefits?
You'll start to feel the initial benefits of reduced soreness and your body calming within the first 8-12 minutes while you're soaking. Soreness and discomfort will be dramatically reduced if any is felt at all the following morning.
What's the difference between strength & endurance formulas?
