I was intrigued enough to give these a try. Previously after a hard race or training session I would soak in regular epsom salts, but after my recent marathon race, I soaked in Recovery Labs and the next day I felt great. Normally my legs would be stiff for a few days, but not now. I absolutely recommend this product.

Great product but disappointing disregard for any environmental packaging factor. Every soak causing a bag of trash doesn’t justify the means to me.

We are working hard on finding solutions to this as it is extremely difficult to find sustainable packaging that doesn't cause costs to go up a lot. We are working hard on this now and hope to be adjusting our soak packaging soon. The bags are recyclable but we want to do more to make sure we are more environmental friendly. What's the ingredient list?

How often should I be using?
Use up to 3 times per week. Should be used after a workout, but can be done in the evening - it does not need to be used immediately after a workout.
How long will it take to feel the recovery benefits?
You'll start to feel the initial benefits of reduced inflammation and your body calming within the first 8-12 minutes while you're soaking. Soreness and stiffness will be dramatically reduced if any is felt at all the following morning.
What's the difference between strength & endurance formulas?
Each soak is uniquely formulated to help speed up the recovery process depending upon the type of workout/training. For example, 1RM MAX for strength training recovery includes a blend of ingredients meant to increase the building of muscle cells.
